God sees France this morning, He sees the United States of America, He sees believers all over the world. He is hearing the prayers as they rise from millions. Prayers wrapped in fear and pleas for help. He even listens to those sent with anger. God, where are You! Do something to stop this insanity and evil that roams the earth!
He did do something. He sent Jesus. Isn’t that part of the problem? His remedy is being rejected daily? Since the star led to His birthplace, the enemy has tried to stifle Jesus and His message. There has been a battle between good and evil since Adam and Eve stood in the garden and listened to the first whispered lie. When goodness is pushed out-of-the-way by choices morally corrupt, the resulting void is filled in with evil. When the righteous in Christ lay down their banners and succumb to practices and laws that disobey God’s laws and give ear to those who would replace godly morals with carnal, worldly ways…then the water in the well becomes murky, cloudy and diseased.
I am like every believer this morning. Struggling to grasp what I see. The threat to our beliefs, our way of life. The future our children and grandchildren face concerns me greatly. What does God need us to do? How do we handle something so horrific? Can I control this? Can you? No we can’t. But we can be the leaven in the world around us. When the spring begins to cloud in our neighborhood, town, city, state, country and world we can continue sending out the bacteria killing, filth clearing message that “Jesus Christ is alive and sitting at the right hand of God this morning! He sees what is happening. God will not be mocked. Justice and goodness will win. We know the end of this story! There is nothing waiting for evil doers but the revenge of a just God. As for me and my household, we will continue to live, standing and honoring our Lord, praying without ceasing until evil is finally struck down forever.
Though we have no control in what we see, we can pray. No one can stop us from praying. No gun, no prison cell, no threat that comes against us can stop us from praying. Be bold. Rise up warriors of prayer!

Deuteronomy 31:6
6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.” (NKJV)
Prayer For Today:
Hello Father! We see unspeakable horror that is coming against our belief system. Evil is trying to silence Your children in ever part of the earth. We cry out to You for courage to stand. Boldness to proclaim the message of Christ. The fearlessness to speak Your word, to write Your word. Comfort Father, we need to feel Your mighty hands holding us up when we tremble with fear. We need the spirit of boldness in the face of evil. Search our hearts and reveal the things You need to see change in. Forgive us of our sins. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
