Merriam-Webster defines clearheaded as having or showing an ability to think clearly; stay calm.
That is what we need now. Keep a clear head and stay calm. We have voices with many opinions, differing moral values and greed telling us twenty-four seven, what we need to be thinking and doing. Things that clutter our minds with thoughts contrary to God’s word. A mind clouded with worldly thinking is not peaceful. It distrusts, it is angry, confused and unable to focus on things that are worthy and pure.
There is only one voice we should be seeking and that would be Christ. If we are children of the light then we live in the light twenty-four seven. If we rise each morning remembering the armor of faith, love, confidence and what Jesus said, did and promised is the truth. We will rest in peace no matter what happens around us when we keep a clear mind.
Jesus gave His life for us that we might live forever, whether we are here or whether we have already passed when God gives the order… Now! Either way, we win!
~Thought For Today~
We have our marching orders as soldiers of the cross. Remain clearheaded, stay confident in our salvation. No matter what. When work becomes difficult. When people become difficult. When the truth cannot be found. When evil seems to be winning. When waves of testing toss our boats to and fro. When finances are less than we hoped. When challenged because of our faith in Christ. Every moment of every day…Keep a clear head about The Business of God. He does what He says He will do.

~Prayer For Today~
Hello Father! We pray for a mind that is clear. Focused on Your word and will for our lives. We pray that we don’t fall for the schemes of this world and those who create them. Protect us midst the chaos. Forgive us of our sins. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
